Research Manager – East Asia

I have joined ISC Research in January 2025 as a Research Manager, where I support the Field Research team across East Asia. My career began as a University Researcher and Teaching Assistant in the Netherlands. After obtaining my PGCE qualification in the United Kingdom, I made the transition to international education, teaching Secondary Mathematics in Sweden. Prior to joining ISC Research, I worked as a Careers and University Guidance Counsellor at a premium British school in the United Arab Emirates. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Mathematics, as well as an MPhil in Economics. My professional interests focus on the school-to-work transition of youths, and fostering college and career readiness in schools.

Outside of work, I enjoy embroidery, playing the guzheng (Chinese harp), and learning languages.
