I joined ISC Research in 2015 as part of the Reports Team and now lead that team; project managing the entire range of reports that ISC Research produces for our clients. This includes overseeing quality control, data verification, and product development. I work closely with all other departments within the business and continue to manage various ongoing Operations functions such as KPIs, health & safety and the QMS.

I have a BSc in Physics and my career has included time at the Nationwide Building Society UK headquarters, working in their IT Project Management team and later, report writing as part of their Communications team. In 2013, I moved to Pets at Home where I managed the Health Plans team for their national veterinary group.
