Hosted by ISC Research every year, the International School Awards celebrate learning, teaching, community, wellbeing, leadership and other strategic initiatives at international schools. T4 Education recently announced the launch of the World’s Best School Prizes which emphasise schools’ potential, purpose and progress. We’re pleased to announce that the most promising initiatives shortlisted for the 2022 International School Awards will also be considered for the 2022 World’s Best School Prizes.

The International School Awards provide the opportunity for international schools to share best practice, creative endeavours, community participation, and innovation. Over 250 international schools apply every year, sharing truly inspiring initiatives. All applications are thoroughly assessed by a panel of independent judges, all experts in international education and based around the world. The award ceremony takes place in January every year and is followed by hundreds of people from the international school community.

The 2022 International School Awards recognize 12 categories focusing on important values and areas of development within the international schools market. Categories include community building and wellbeing, digital technology in learning, DEIJ, environmental, ethical values education, innovation and creativity in learning, international impact, pathways to continued and university education, safeguarding, strategic leadership, and teaching and learning. These are in close alignment with the World’s Best School Prizes, which celebrate community collaboration, environmental action, innovation, overcoming adversity, and supporting healthy lives. This is an exciting opportunity to shed more light on initiatives led by international schools around the world.

“As the recognized source of data and intelligence on the world’s international schools for over 25 years, ISC Research is committed to highlighting great practice happening throughout the sector. As a result, we are delighted to support T4 Education in promoting the amazing work achieved by schools worldwide to inspire other educators and support future generations,” says Sam Fraser, Director of Research at ISC Research and a member of the judging panel for the World’s Best School Prizes.

“We’re excited to partner with ISC Research and look forward to the participation of international schools in the World’s Best School Prizes. Our belief in sharing knowledge and experiences, the importance of learning how to build expertise, and collaborating with like-minded institutions to strengthen schools the world over serves our motivation in joining hands with all of you,” says Vikas Pota, Founder of T4 Education.

261 applications from international schools in 48 countries were submitted for the International School Awards 2022 and judging is now underway.
