Proserpina Dhlamini-Fisher

Founder and CEO Educational Aspirations Ltd (Global Consultancy)

Proserpina, a Swati by birth and global citizen, is the Founding Director of Educational Aspirations, an international education consultancy focused on UBUNTU values and collaboration , educator and school leadership coaching and mentoring based in the United Kingdom but operating globally. A daughter of educators and diplomats, her career path has taken her on a journey of international education across 4 continents and 8 countries.

Proserpina holds degrees from Eswatini, France and the USA in Public Administration, Sociology, French Linguistics and Phonetics and International Education. Proserpina has held diverse positions in education such as Educator, IB Programme Coordinator, Outreach Lead, Head of department for Modern Languages, Director of Studies, School Principal, Director of Education, Regional Manager and Non-Executive Board Director, Education Advisor and Senior International Baccalaureate  World Schools Manager.  Her passion is to add value to education globally, and contribute to an education that can and will make a difference to all learners and educators in the 21st century, one that is relevant and accessible. She has worked in state, private and international educational institutions. Proserpina has led many initiatives in outreach projects and has in the past 10 years been an author and a voice on international educational editorials on leadership,  racism, equality, inclusion, access, belonging and women empowerment.

She shares her experiences in inequality in recruitment practice in international schools, leadership and educational practice. Her company also mentors and coaches young educators globally. Presently she serves in diverse global educational boards as a non executive board member and advisor. She has been invited to speak at Westminster School in London in Westminster Abbey, as a guest speaker on the Circular Economy,  Belonging, the value of service, educational spaces and at international education conferences on diverse topics. She also contributed to the OECD Future of Education and Skills 2030 paper. She is presently based in the UK and the Netherlands where she is working for the International Baccalaureate Organization.
