Her expertise spans member engagement, recruitment and retention, international campaign delivery, content marketing, video and content creation, campaign strategy, copywriting, web design, branding, and digital marketing. Maeve has worked extensively on global campaigns and events, supporting membership growth and strengthening brand visibility. She joined COBIS in November 2019 and continues to play a key role in connecting and engaging the international COBIS community.
Zoë Neville-Smith is a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Cambridge University Press & Assessment. The last 13 years of her 20-year marketing career have been in international education, where she has led impactful campaigns and product launches to support schools and learners worldwide. She has rich experience across the full marketing communications mix and now specialises in product marketing for curricula, qualifications, and resources for 14–19-year-olds.
