Elena Mora

Research Manager - Europe and LatAm

I have joined ISC Research as a consultant to support the field research team in Europe and Latin America. My job consists of connecting with school leaders and other stakeholders and collect key data and intelligence about the international schools market.

Before joining ISC Research, I worked for over a decade in international schools around the world. I have taught in IB schools in five beautiful countries in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Working and living abroad has been an essential part of shaping my identity as a global citizen. I have a degree in English Philology and an MA in Intercultural Education. I am currently pursuing my PhD with the University of Castilla-La Mancha and my research interests lie in the intersections of inclusion, diversity and culture applied to teacher’s competencies.

I am passionate about cultural exchanges, especially through gastronomic experiences, and my spare time is mostly spent enjoying the outdoors in Spain with a busy and joyful toddler!
