The Awards provide an opportunity to highlight your community’s good practice, creative endeavours and innovation. Your application should focus on one specific initiative that meets the following three criteria:
- Supporting at least one of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
- Rooting Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Justice (DEIJ)
- Supporting the K-12 schools community

2024 WINNERS
Acorns International School in Uganda
Recognition for implementing the school’s annual ‘Global Village’ Event, designed to support students’ development and foster global citizenship and international mindedness.
Prince of Wales Island International School in Penang, Malaysia
Recognition for implementing the ‘POWIIS Project’. This initiative aims to create transformative experiences for both students and the wider community by imparting knowledge, raising awareness and influencing progress towards the Sustainable Development Goals.
Regents International School Pattaya in Thailand
Recognised for its student-led initiative known as the ‘Culture Club’, which involves empowering students to take on leadership roles in areas that hold significance for themselves, their peers and the wider community.
SALT International School in the Republic of Korea
Has been awarded for its ‘Love Rwanda’ initiative. Through immersive service-learning experiences, students develop a deep appreciation for the challenges of poverty, education and inequality around the world.
