Nominations for the ISAs open until 30th September

Nominations are open for the 2022 International School Awards (ISAs). The awards, hosted by ISC Research, provide international schools with the chance to share and be recognised for great practice and successful initiatives within a range of categories. These include community wellbeing and building stronger community connections, environmental initiatives, and teaching and learning as well as categories that highlight innovation and creativity and digital technology in learning. Category awards also recognise DEIJ, safeguarding, ethical values and international impact initiatives, as well as those that support students in their pathways to higher and further education, and strategic leadership initiatives.

International schools are invited to submit ISA nominations, which are open until Thursday 30th September 2021. All the details, including the categories, criteria for each category, guidelines and application forms are all available on the ISC Research website

All applications are evaluated by an expert judging panel based upon the school and its context, to ensure all international schools, regardless of size or prestige, have the potential to win. New judges on the panel for this year include recognised educators Anu MongaSamia Al Farra, and Ango Mwakisu

Shortlisted schools will be announced on 17th November and will be able to upload their ISAs shortlisted recognition logo to their website then. The winners, with details of their winning initiatives will be announced and recognised at a live virtual ceremony on Tuesday 18th January 2021. A recording of the ceremony will also be available to ensure accessibility to schools in all time zones.

To view last year’s ceremony, shortlisted schools, and the winners and details of their award-winning initiatives explore the International School Awards pages on the ISC Research website now.
