With over 20 years’ experience within Customer Service, I still very much enjoy interacting with customers, understanding their priorities & business needs as well as learning about new cultures and lifestyles. Being Head of the Client Services team here at ISC Research enables me to advise, guide and problem solve when needed.
My spare time (what spare time!?) is spent with friends, family and always revolves around good food.
