I have over 20 years of customer service and operational leadership, both in the UK and Europe, and always with an international context. I’ve worked in the ISC Research Head Office since 2014, providing training and expertise on the ISC Outreach system to our many clients around the world, and more recently directing operational activities across the organisation. I love a good process and procedure!
